Question. How are you going to be able to find an impartial, unprejudiced, , and unbiased judge on a FEDERAL case like this when is filed against the highest FEDERAL offices in the land? I don’t think there has ever been a case filed of THIS magnitude before and I’ve seen some way up the ladder so to speak.

It’s filed as a Class Action, but the Class hasn’t been certified yet.
