So, you should be charged with DUI, have your license pulled, go to court and pay a fine then? And have your insurance rates, assuming you can get insurance, doubled?

I assume that most...if not all...states have a separate "driving while impaired" law or a similar clause attached to their DUI laws.I've already mentioned my situation...if I was ever stopped for weaving,for example,blew a 0.000,had no evidence of drugs on my person or in my car I assume that I could still be charged.But without a breathalyzer...or blood test...or video I think they'd be hard pressed to convict me.
