I’ve contended for years that people who just finished a hard/heavy weight training or cardio workout ride a post-workout “high” that can impair driving. I’ve personally experienced this more often than I can count.

Ive personally experienced this more often than I can count.Odd... I've played tennis for three hours and noted, while in the car afterward, my respiration was about six and my heart rate about 40. Never felt sleepy or tired but fully relaxed and rested.
I know it sounds weird but it's true.
