Not as I read it, Mr. K. It is telling us not to use the NIPRNET to access sources of the reports, like the Guardian.

It is thought control by the head shed.

The exact same notice went out about Bradley Manning and Wikileaks.

The Guardian and Washington Post have posted Top Secret Documents. Anyone looking at them at work in a US Government or US contractor facility is causing classified spillage on to a non-classified system. There are existing rules about when that happens and it’s a huge deal.

Wing Nut Daily is a bunch of idiots with almost universally worthless, lying, deceptive, or clueless articles.

I read it as saying not to access the DATA itself

(from sites that might post the information to the public)

NOT as a command not to read stories about Obama
