So you flew from a country in political turmoil where the US had helped overthrow the previous leadership only a few years earlier? As a foreign national (Obama was an Indonesian citizen at the time) to another intermediate foreign country (At least Japan and maybe more stops since 777s that could fly halfway around the world did not exist then) had a layover to switch airlines and catch the well timed trans-ocean flights, crossed the international date line on a two day day or so trip to land in the US as a completely unaccompanied foreign national minor and then went through customs as an unaccompanied foreign national child all on your own as a 10-year-old?
