Well clearly from the date she wasn’t talking about a database to be used by his campaign in an upcoming election.
She was talking about a vast collection of personal information to be used for blackmail purposes against Democrats, if they refused to follow what Obama had put in place (path to socialist/communist government in America).
No need to use it against RINOs, because they'll never hold the office again. Which, unfortunately, I find myself agreeing with her on that.
