That all depends on which "they" you are refering to.

"They" may not be able to assemble "the whole enchilada", but that doesn't mean you'll ever have privacy in your cell phone or email communications.

Are you trying to be sarcastic?

The NSA has been recording and storing citizen data for over 2 decades (actually more). Hell, look up your address on Google StreetView. The NSA is WAY ahead of Google in their data mashups. I know. I have held executive positions at 2 "big brother" data companies, and the NSA is 1,000,000 times more active in data mining and analytics.
