WASHINGTON—Republican Sen. Kelly Ayotte says she will back the bipartisan overhaul of the nation's immigration system. The New Hampshire senator said Sunday the nation's immigration is broken and needs to be fixed. She says the Senate proposal secures the border and provides a "tough but fair" way for immigrants to earn citizenship.

These buffoons can do all of the “tough but fair” BS they want. The boys and girls in the black robes have their own “tough but fair” ideas about how it’s going to be. Once the buffoons on Capitol Hill pass their goofy BS bill, the “judges” will throw the entire thing out the window as being “unconstitutional” and we’ll have a massive, nonstop invasion of foreign nationals who will have no requirements to meet, no fines to pay and no English to learn. This whole immigration fiasco is a huge joke. On us!
I think she was SHOCKED by the (astroturfed) reaction to her supporting the Second Amendment, and this is her (feeble) attempt to buy peace.

Actually securing our border and ending the importation of terrorists would eliminate the need for a massive domestic spying program.

After she completes an extensive tour of the border states as a local, incognito, and deals with managing a home, calling poison control to dealing with ATT or Verizon and the supermarket checkout, and talking to kids who want to know what’s with the racism an all tests, college applications scholarship and being shut out of activities for not speaking looking or acting Hispanic, does this or any official know the first thing about what they’re voting in for the American people.
If they can’t do any or all of that, they could just do a simple reading and cursory study of the Constitution they’ve sworn to uphold and protect.
And then they can get busy enforcing our laws instead of rewarding and strengthening those who boldly defy it.
These Republican congress members are certainly and definitely more disruptive and destructive to our country and our childrens’ futures.
They should do a survey and find out how many people are advising their kids not to have families based on the demoralization that these horrible horrible republicans are doing to aid and abet this destruction.
This woman can go away and allow some other New Hampshireite in who is willing to do any of the above.
But they should all know that when they swear to God on a blessed Bible that when they meet Him face to face it will not go well that they treated that as some ‘breakable’ campaign promise.
She might need to forego all the other lessons and contemplate the finality, discomfort and lonliness of Hell.
I am sure god does not want this country given to evil forces that these republicans are so actively, passionately busy doing.

Which is why the border will never be secured and the dangerous immigrants never deported.
Exactly. As somebody else pointed it out, THEIR neighborhoods will have border security. This is war on the middle class from BOTH parties. Time to clean out the beltway.
