The BATFE pays in cigarettes? I wonder if they paid taxes on them. If I ever work for the BATFE, I’d like to be paid in guns or bombs.

The BATFE pays in cigarettes? They have intercepted and confiscated (directly from the USPS in some cases) millions of cartons of cigarettes that people have purchased from on-line smoke shops.
