I hear ya - interesting that you come at it (at least partially) from the standpoint of music and drumming. I literally cannot stomach the sound of his voice or the sight of him on TV. I have to change the channel or put my fingers in my ear or somesuch. I read something on NLP - neurolinguistic programming a while back. I think there is something to that angle as well - sort of a hypnotic “Looook into my eyeessss” sort of thing that seems to work on his followers. Lots of different but in the end complementary ways of saying what is essentially the same thing.
My dear Swordmaker ...
It would appear that your “logic” goes roughly something like this:
1. Apple is wonderful.
2. If anyone disagrees then they don’t know because they’ve not used Apple products.
3. Because if they had used Apple products they would not be disagreeing.
4. Because - Go to #1.
My late mother was an alto-soprano singer with a women’s choral group a long time ago, the were called ‘’The Choraliers’’(sp?). Guess you could say they were semi-professional. They sang for the opening of Expo 67 in Toronto, Canada. Guess that’s where I got the ‘’pipes’’ from.I haven’t done anything musical in years but anytime I hear something out of tune or tempo, even though I’m not listening for it, it drives me nuts! If it’s something I can’t turn off or tell to stop,or set right , I have to leave the room, I get irritated or I get a headache. Obama does that do me, or did since I will not and do not even look at him on tv. If my wife is watching the news and he comes on I leave the room. Hillary Clinton has the same effect on me as well. maybe I should get back to the drums(and get my revenge!) or go sing karaoke somewhere.
