I'm really tired of pre-emptive defeatism. TornadoAlley's exacmpe:

We will have hearings, but nothing will change.

I have a question for all defeatists (and there sure are a lot of them on FR lately).

Do Dems/leftists/commies have a defeatist, hopeless mindset? Or a "never say die/fight like hell until we win" spirit?

That's my first question.

Whic attitude do you think wins battles and wars? The defetatism, hopeless spirit, or the fight until we win spirit?

What have the Republicans done to encourage you? Many Republicans on these oversight committees were told of IRS going after tea party in 2010. They did nothing. Have they stopped funding Obamacare?

You can wish in one hand...but our elected reps have no spine.

It matters not if the people have a fight like hell spirit when your speaker of the house does not.

You all go ahead and be confident Republicans will do something, especially Lindsey Graham and McCain. I won't hold my breath.
