I agree: These are on the order of war crimes. We have people in our intelligence community giving aid and comfort to our enemies (by not protecting us against known jihadists) , meanwhile spying on American citizens and calling them the enemy.

Can you imagine, during WWII, if Nazis had gained access to our OSS, allowed Nazi forces to enter our country knowingly, perform acts of war against us on our own soil, then used the FBI and OSS to spy on and intimidate American citizens?
They deserve arrest, trial, conviction, then imprisonment, or the ultimate penalty for treason.

If they aren't arrested and punished for this, we are in for a reign of terror that will either finish off conservatives or start CWII

I agree. And so does this wise man: “In keeping silent about evil, in burying it so deep within us that no sign of it appears on the surface, we are implanting it, and it will rise up a thousand fold in the future. When we neither punish nor reproach evildoers, we are not simply protecting their trivial old age, we are thereby ripping the foundations of justice from beneath new generations.” ― Aleksandr I. Solzhenitsyn, The Gulag Archipelago 1918-1956
