Obama said the Internet data mining was targeted at foreign nationals, not Americans.

I call BS. This Administration has already declared an end to the War on Terror. They are now engaged in the War on Patriots. As the IRS has already revealed, they are not monitoring the communication highways searching for instances of words like ‘jihad’ or ‘bomb’. Instead, they are searching for terms like ‘TEA Party’, ‘Constitution’, 'Pro-Life', and ‘Support Israel’.

When that NSA data center out in Utah was first being built a couple years ago, I think the situation was “There aren’t enough govt employees to listen to millions of phone conversations every day, so all calls are just recorded in this massive zillion-petabyte storage facility.”

Then, if the Ostapo notices you taking a political stance or rabble rousing, they can go back and listen to every convo you’ve had the past few years, and then decide whether to publicly Joe-the-Plumber you.
