I'm sure Democrat / Blue croney states such as Maryland would love to see that happen.

Think about it:

o Sequester & Budget Cuts

o Press leak to left leaning newspaper (Guardian)

o Shut down large facility in Red State

o Consolidate operations in Blue State where "we care so much about your civil liberties" / Maryland (or other)
