(CNSNews.com) - In a belated and incomplete response to the House Ways and Means Committees request for Internal Revenue Service documents relating to the agencys targeting of Tea Party and conservative groups for heightened scrutiny when they applied for tax-exempt status, Acting IRS Commissioner Daniel Werfel has informed the committee that the agency is in the process of reviewing approximately 64,600,000 pages of documents from IRS officials who may have potentially relevant information about the targeting.

Our Founding Fathers would have started burning down their houses and hanging these people from lamp posts by now.

One page for every registered Republican.
While they are reviewing those documents they are leaving taxpayers alone.
This is a joke... they are in the malicious / vicious compliance mode and making a mockery of the Congress.
We have TWICE elected the most collectivist member of Congress and probably more radical than most of the Democratic Party. Is this subterfuge, deception, and governmental oppression coming from the executive branch any wonder? It shouldn’t be.
IOW, they’re not looking at all.
In the electronic internet age, if the data already exists, the price of delivery is close to zero.
Of course if they need to delete, 'lose', edit, redact or otherwise play games with the record, it might take longer.
