Exactly. Lindsay Graham is welcome to send his personal phone records to the FBI/NSA/IRS, but he has no authority to allow them access to my records.

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

There is no ambiguity there. They are not entitled to conduct a fishing expedition, whether it was authorized by Bush or by Obama. This is unconstitutional and must stop.

No ambiguity at all, except that it’s neither taught, reinforced or learned any more.

The problem isn’t stopping it, that’s not enough. The data needs to be destroyed, the agencies eliminated, the perpetrators fired.

Government is simply too big and too ineffective to be less than a tyranny.
