When you look at the dates of the letters, it took about a year and a half to get back to the group and the questions became much more intrusive compared to the first letter. When the first letter was written in April 2010, the Tea Party movement was just beginning. By Nov 2011, it had become a potent political force. No doubt, this is the reason for the persecution and harassment of the group. Chilling stuff.

Being somewhat familiar with the C3 and C4 process, the first letter is more standard. The second one is off the charts.

We had intrusive questions when our HOA filed years ago ~ we didn’t have a street address ~ we’d rented a PO Box. I’d need to see the addresses these people used to see if that was a factor.
