You really can’t blame the LEO for this, but the motorist who called in the tip. I mean, when someone calls and says that there a suspicious-looking object resembling a torpedo on the highways around the city, they can’t just ignore it and pretend that it didn’t happen.
They have to pretend like every threat is a real threat, just in case it is a real threat.
