If he’s “damn good on nearly everything else” why is he horrible on this issue?
I don’t know. He wasn’t good on it when he was in the statehouse, either. Part is his heritage. Part is his history as a Jeb protege. He can still get beyond this if he makes some good decisions and backs out. If he keeps trying to sell this garbage, he’s going to be done polically.
