i’ve spent time in riyadh and i can tell you the ‘security’ they have at the airport is a joke. people regularly passing through metal detectors, setting them off, without being stopped. other people paying workers to skip them around the lines and the little security there is.
there is no limit to the amount, type, and number of weapons that could be brought on board.
of course, there is the other possibility that the entire plane would be filled with whatever WMD you’d like, flown directly into / over one of our cities and detonated.
always believed that was the way someone would deliver a WMD, load it on a passenger jet ....
