I don’t know if enough people realize that the families of the victims are being screwed over by the government because of the “workplace accident” status of their deaths.

I believe he’s put the general attitude about this being a work-place shooting in jeopardy. At the end of day one of the court episode...the Fort Hood folks can walk back in and demand combat status, and the Army will have to give in. This case won’t last more than two weeks....with Hasan doing his own legal stuff...the best he can muster is maybe one entire day of defending himself.
