I guess we have to admit that it might be incorrect to call these 'regularization' attempts 'amnesty' bills. They are not just an amnesty bill, but bills that have contained numerous amnesties: amnesties for illegal entry into the US, amnesties for multiple instances of document fraud, amnesties for multiple instances of identity theft, amnesties for driving without a license, and several others.

No, it's not an amnesty bill, but a bill that grants multiple amnesties for multiple violations of our laws.
