As long as we have our Constitution, we can rebuild.

That’s right. We have the blue prints.

The Constitution is a failure because we’ve become a godless hedonistic society. The only way to save the Republic is through a Revival, prayer and repentance; only when we put God first will the Constitution function as it was designed. But, most churches today are empty hollow shells that do nothing but entertain and tickle ears in order to feed the self-centered hedonism filling the pews.

Yes to that but there’s some work the Lord leaves to us, like cleaning up all the bloat and junk laws that are strangling the Constitution.

If an animal is covered in ticks, we can’t simply pray them off. We remove the ticks and pray to the Lord for the stomach and strength to get the job done and we pray for the animals health.

That’s how I understand it, anyhow.

I agree on every point but one. The Constitution is not a failure. We failed the Constitution because of the reasons you state.

The nation, for the most part, has turned it’s back on God. Now He is going to let us fend for ourselves. If the nation turns back to Him, He’ll be there.

But I don’t see the nation as a whole turning back to God.

May God have mercy on the United States.

It is not the Constitution that is the failure. It is the people who have failed to insist their leaders abide by it. It is the failure of those leaders to abide by it.

Blaming the Constitution is like blaming the blueprint for the builder's construction foul-ups.

Americans have been letting our Government cut corners for a long time, either because it was convenient or people had something to gain.
