Good to see they still tail people to check up on them. Had one guy back in the early 90s that was collecting worker’s comp, supposedly hurt too badly to work, yet they caught him on video hoisting his lawnmower in and out of his truck in order to mow lawns for 5 different people in a single day.
I know personally an investigator attached to insurance companies who does that. His case load is a mile high and only works on the most obvious which is the more grave the “injury”, the more they will get caught.
If you are “injured” wearing a cast and collecting checks, chances are you’ll get tired of your home and want to go out.
