Or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances - check
Some pundits questioned where the Tea Party was in 2012. I think we’re slowly learning the answer to that. They were audited, denied non-profit status, denied rally permits, and generally intimidated and bullied into silence.
Forget non-profit status. Forget rally permits.
You think the real Tea Party got a permit? Were tax exempt?
