The Arabs are in no hurry for anything but the always manage to push the American panic button who then, they hope, will PRESSURE the Israelis. Arabs use the word, “Schewaya” which means, go slowly and that is how they negotiate like in an Arab market Suk. The fact that Westerners get all uptight and attached to short timelines is precisely what they (the Arabs) want - unrealistic timelines and goals so that, in the end, you will fail and then they can go back to inserting their fingers up their butts for another 500 years...
