Thanks to the 60 million medical records they illegally obtained.

Cruz/Palin 2016 Palin/Cruz 2016 Cruz/Gowdy 2016 Gowdy/Cruz 2016 Gowdy/Palin 2016 Palin/Gowdy 2016.

For me, any combo of these three works.

Sorry there. Cruz would otherwise be a good candidate, but he's not constitutionally eligible for the presidency because he was born in Canada. Let's not try to pull the same tricks that the Left does and do an end run around the NBC clause. The Constitution is the supreme law of the land and must be followed to the letter, or else we lose the rule of law and slip into tyranny!!!

Nope, just this afternoon on Cavuto, the push was on for Chris Christie in 2016, they say the big money wants him.

I figure it is the usual north east lib pubbie who will lose like the last two.

Yawn.

Just my two cents:

Obama is forcing electronic medical records on ALL hospitals & healthcare providers in the U.S. I remember when this topic was in the news all the sheeple thinking it was a fantastic idea. I told people “oh yeah, what happens if that info is used against you? Or hacked? Or the wrong person has access to it?” I was laughed out of the room. But we see it’s happening.

The other point about that is what about the cost? There are some tiny community hospitals that can barely afford to purchase the technology to put this EMR in place. I give anesthesia for a living at a large university hospital that does use an EMR, but I have also worked in little places who still chart on paper. Those hospitals are scrimping & scratching to save the money to implement an EMR. Does Obama give a damn? What if small, backwoods hospitals end up closing over this?? Isn’t he all about ensuring people have access to healthcare? Lying a-hole!

Cruz is eligible.

Not according to my understanding of the facts and the Constitution. Nothing personal against him, it's just that if you're born in a foreign country, you're not a natural born citizen.

Perhaps you can give me a legal argument to the contrary.

The EMR requirements are primarily, at least at this time for Medicare. I see a lot of providers dropping out of or refusing to take Medicare for this and other reasons. Primary care physicians are shifting to self pay and a lot of their patients are sticking with them. The patients like the personal service, improved access, and privacy.

Here’s your legal argument. It’s crappy, but most legal arguments are crappy these days. We have a precedent, our current Kenyan born president.

This won't last long. If it's efficient, private and improved, 0 will find a way to destroy it. He'll manufacture another crisis so it will be *reformed.*

I find it interesting that so many who support the IRS/Healthcare don’t have to abide by it themselves. They’re waivered. I wish Ted Cruz would pick up on that and make the low info voters aware of that fact. Is there a list of all the waivered people? By now it could number in the tens of millions. Obamacare for thee but not for me...the dems mantra.

Furthermore, he might enlighten those voters that the IRS would have access to our bank accounts and financial information. Are all non-waivered taxpayers O.K. with that

Cruz was born to an American mother. By your argument an anchor baby born to an illegal invader who sneaks across the border is more eligible than Cruz.
