Yes, and iceberg lettuce is completely useless. I’m picky about the greens in my salads. If Mickey D.’s wants to sell more salads they need to upgrade the ingredients!

I’ve been in McDonald’s in Italy. At one point you could pick from an assortment of Italian salads—it was a pretty good deal for a fast meal for a foreigner knowing very little Italian. On a later trip I found they had gone to the kind of salad you would find at a McDonald’s in the US. Not good.
