Texas GS councils tend to be quite conservative. There are a few crazies like in any large group.

Nationally GS keeps announcing how they are going to be aggressively teaching about abortion and Women's Rights etc. So the money you put into GS, dues and cookies is partially going to fund National and all it is hustling. I know none of that can possibly be true of your organization because well, it's your child and your troop.
