The first step to fixing a problem is admitting you have one.
This guy won his seat as a Democrat. Everyone who pays attention knows what Democrats in 2013 stand for.
In an era where the IRS is fixing elections, I don't think this guy is going to lose his re-election bid.
But if it makes you feel go to go through the motions, by all means do it....

"He only won by about 300 votes. We only needed about 7500 to trigger a recall election. He had 14,000 votes in the election. 16,000 signatures were turned in today to recall him. Many more wanted to sign but were not in his district."
