What a farce.

He has also been certified that he can sit “no more than” 4 hours.

So he’ll be able to break the pace and tempo of the court, they accommodate his ADA approved paralysis.

At least the Army has ruled he can’t plead guilty to avoid the death penalty.

Some “jihadi”. Hasan is determined to go on living by any & all means available in the military justice system. And when the court martial finally commences, he will rant Islam and mock his victims and it all goes into the record of trial for all time.

Meanwhile, there is no justice for his victims or their families. No Purple Heart nor benefits for those who bear the burden of the Army’s blinkered devotion to pro-Muslim PC.

This will drag on for years and years.

I agree with you 100%. Execution in cases where there is no doubt at all, should be the very next day; preferably publically.

Hanging would be good, rope is re-usable.

” THIS is a huge mistake. Has everyone who holds any supposedly responsible position in America lost their freaking minds? This is a mockery of justice and an affront to the victims he murdered in iced blood. He should have been executed the same day he did it. There is NO damn way to refute his guilt. G-d help us.”

My sentiments exactly.

Why not leave a rope in his cell.

I have been thinking that myself. If there was ever an appropriate case for assisted suicide ...

I assume as he is acting as his own lawyer he will be able to request and view “top secret” type information as he can claim it has bearing to his defense... Why a Judge would do this is just awful in my opinion.

At a hearing in May, Hasan told Osborn that he wanted to plead guilty. But Army rules prohibit a judge from accepting a guilty plea to charges that could result in a death sentence.

Hopefully, at trial Hasan will announce that he is guilty, shout "Allahu Akbar," and then sit down, but I am not holding my breath.

But we seem to lose Navy Seal team 6 guys, FBI agents involved in the Boston terror attack, some Secret Service guy that might have been at the WH while Benghazi was under attack.

I think Hasan sees this as an opportunity to spread the jihad. Or will use some code words in his speeches to spur other attacks... something.

Because it's required by the UCMJ.

“some Secret Service guy that might have been at the WH while Benghazi was under attack.”

What is this? Where did you hear or see this?

The fact that this is a military trial makes a BIG difference.

Hasan didn’t have much of a chance of success before, and much less now.

I don’t see this dragging on for years. I expect he’ll dance on the breeze before Christmas.

Then then next president will authorize Purple Hearts and full benefits. Not much we can do with this POS in the White House. But that will change.

I am very foggy on what/when, but there was an article posted on FR last week about a secret service agent having committed suicide maybe last October or November? There was speculation that the SS guy might have known some secrets about where the CIC might have been while the Benghazi attack played out. Maybe someone else will remember more. I’ll try a quick search.

Give the terrorist an extra 2 years to prepare....

Then a new trial due to his stupid deense attorney. More prep time for the new team. Rinse and repeat. He'll be breathing air for the next few decades and recieve his military paycheck.

Mesta...we knew it would get bad...but all we see now is far worse than just bad. It defies explanation apart from the enemy of men’s souls is doing well in the minds and hearts of men now.

The guilty not only go free...but in allowing this they continue with their murders etc...and this enabled and encouraged by those ‘willing’ to fail in our judicial system and not do the job they are positioned to do.

Then some wonder why it’s become easy to believe our nation, and the world has gone too far to recover...and judgement will come in time and tide.

Evil people have the wheel now.

There is no earthly logic to it, so I have to believe that something else is in control. Reading and rereading the prophecies brings no comfort at all...except we know how the story ends.

Well we know what’s coming, and that with certainty. I still hope that the Lord might slow things down but things are moving steadily along with hardly a break in between. And man is ripe for deception today. People will soon be looking for someone with “the magic” to make all things better.
