It is Colleen Kelly, the head of the Treasury Employee Union (NTEU), who met with Obama on March 31, 2010. That is on the record. IRS Commissioner, Doug Shulman, went to the White House 157 times, but there is no record of him meeting with the president.
When asked by CNSNews, "Did the Treasury union chief talk about tea parties during her meeting with the president on March 30, 2010?," press secretary Jay Carney did not reply.
On the very next day, April 1, 2010, the IRS new Acting Manager, Technical Unit, directed the Sensitive Case Report on the Tea Party cases.
So why is the media covering Shulman but ignoring Kelly? To my knowledge not even Fox News has mentioned the Kelly and Obama meeting.
There has also been scant media mention of the IRS and Obama's Executive Order 13522 which directs agency heads to engage union bosses in "pre-decisional discussions." The IRS is covered by Executive Order 13522. Kelly's NTEU is the IRS union.
The NTEU PAC gave almost $600,000 to democrat House and Senate campaigns and only $24,000 to republican candidates.
Yes, IRS Commissioner Shulman deserves media and congressional scrutiny, but so does Colleen Kelly whose tracks lead right into the Oval Office. Tea Party spokespersons need to dog-whistle her name in every venue.
Congressional committees must call Colleen Kelly to testify or plead the 5th. And the Fox news heads need to out this woman and tie her to the ever growing Obama scandals.

The Republicans are $h!t scared of any union goon (or in this case, goonette).
Few politicians will call her out. The howls about oppression of unions would be fierce.
Jeffrey Lord has an excellent but lengthy piece on all this in the American Spectator in his article “The Liberal Union behind the IRS.”

No doubt that the pubs fear the unions; that’s why the Tea Party spokespersons and the likes of Brett Baier, O’Reilly, Hannity, Gutfeld etc. need to put the pressure on the spineless pubs.
I’m curious why they haven’t. Has anyone heard Kelly being discussed or being the focus of a debate on TV ?
I have not.
Shulman didn’t have to meet directly with POTUS...he met with Jarret, Axelrod, Plouffe to update and coordinate actions. 157 visits, equating to 1 per week, leads one to believe this was done in order to avoid creating any type of “electronic” trail.

There is no record of Kelly meeting with the President either. Kelly visited the White House on March 31, and “POTUS” was listed as her host in the visitor log, but the log also indicates that she was there for a Workplace Forum of some sort, along with 100+ other attendees. “POTUS” was listed as the host for all attendees, because the forum was “hosted” by Obama.
or Robert Bauer husband of Anita Dunn.
Because the GOP does actually want to get to the bottom of these
scandals and others. They just want us pissed off just enough to show
up and vote. A measured outrage is what they want. They all want to go
along to get along.
Why not both. Plus many other american impostors in the REGIME
She needs to be reeled in.
O cannot plead Executive Privilege with her convos as she is not an “official” governmental advisor (just a subversive one).
Ok, will grant you the POTUS hosting as a dodge for Obama.
Can you work up a dodge for OweBowMao’s Executive Order 13522?
It is all just sooo conveeeenient - His union friendly (”labor management-forums between union bosses and federal agency management”) Executive Order 13522 in December 2009 and then the POTUS hosting of Kelly a few months later.
If that isn’t a bread crumb trail to Tea Party exploitation what is it?
