I don’t care if they were associated with the Catholic Church. Shepherd Smith had no business interviewing them live, in the midst of a storm, and egging them to drive faster and give a better account about what was happening.

It reminds me of his coverage of Hurricane Katrina when he stood on a damp Bourbon Street about an hour after the rain stopped and chortled that “N. O. has these great pumps that keep this area dry.” 6 hours later the water was rising and the whole area was under water with people struggling to get to high ground.

Not sure if you were around FR when Katrine hit.

We had two or three mega threads going.

I recall us discussion how many Fox New's ball caps were in various parts of NO. Every night Shep would lose at least one, sometimes two.

During one segment shep was in this one section that seemed deserted.

I posted that any minute now, Shep is going to find some dog left behine and lament about them.

Not more that two minutes later, what do we see but Shep kneeling down to pet two dogs deserted by their owners.

Did u see him after the OK tornado? He picked up a downed power line. I kid u not. Replayed it to kids as a “teachable moment” and to show how stupid he is.
