For reasons know only to himself, Issa or his staff have redacted the names, which is really not necessary. The person is stating what she remembers, and whether it is later verified or not, it's still part of the record.
For whatever it's worth, the people relaying the D.C. orders will flatly deny that they did so. Straight up lie. A perjury-rich environment!
Of course, they did. But that part of the Q & A isn't shown -- probably because they have yet to interview those names.
