Why is John McCain in Syria having his picture taken with terrorists?

If the terrorists in Syria that the us government is now arming kill anyone at all with those us weapons, does John McCain share any blame in that killing?

Right. John McCain being in Syria this year means he was responsible for what the administration did in Benghazi last year.
