they say that they *can* change the rules at any time for any reason. Ever read the small print of your contract with your internet provider? Mine says that they can change part or all of the terms of the agreement at any time with or without notification to me.

We use Office Max and Office Depot. Office Depot, which now owns Office Max offers free next day delivery here. Only thing we don’t use them for is ink cartridges as they are very high on these items. Staples is on our do-not-use list.
