I don’t understand these womens fascination with the Mussies.
In the 70’s ands 80’s they would marry them just to give them legal status.
I saw one in a burqa in tiny town Texas yesterday at the CVS.
Full head and face covering.
I was on red alert.
They are so foreboding looking....reminding me of the clash of nations they've always, and will always, try to subdue and dominate.
When we see these woman in Arab/Islamic Garb.....it should remind us our politicians and leaders have failed to identity the enemy now on our soil...and put us all in danger.
I’m recently took some night courses at a community college in Dallas. Muslims are everywhere- huge population in the area. But, women covering their heads is commonplace and the full burqa every so often. Still, pretty disturbing. I don’t get it; I grew up living in UAE for years and have traveled to Israel extensively and Jordan. I don’t think many women in the Middle East would cover up if they didn’t have to. Many do not.
Obviously, in the Western world it is a way of asserting their identity and doing their duty that wouldn’t be necessary if they were in a Middle eastern country. Insecurity - self-identity issues going on.
Becoming Muslim adds structure to lives that did not know structure before.
Sometimes, just a little more structure than they had been prepared to accept.
Sorry, no do-overs. One-way movement of the ratchet. There is no such thing as abandoning Islam once embraced.
