Can I brag? I helped put Abu Hamza into jail. No kidding.

Back in 2002 I was surfing blogs and saw this Islamic radical in Seattle who had been in the news a lot who I recognized in a terror training video that someone posted.

There was guy in London walked into a Mosque and pretended to be on their side. He purchased the training videos, then posted them all online.

Well the Seattle area radical, Ujaama, was holding the mic for Abu Hamza as he explained how to fire an rocket propelled grenade.

I sent an email with the link to a reporter I know was writing about terrorism at the Seattle Times. He called me immediately and I told him what I saw.

It was on the front page two days in a row.

This was new evidence that the FBI didn’t have before. Now they knew that Ujaama was directly involved with and aiding terrorists.

So, in court that very week Ujaama made a plea bargain to cooperate by testifying against Abu Hamza. He did that and that is what put Abu Hamza into jail!

I confirmed with the reporter Mike Carter later that, yes, if it wasn’t for that story, Ujaama would have gotten off.

Ha, ha.
