To: Vendome

I consider Sugar Snap Peas to be the candy in God’s Garden. I put them in a deep pan, cover with tap water, then bring to a boil and pour off the water, cover with cold water, let sit a minute then pour off the water and put them in a tupperware and drizzle my home made oil and vinegar based dressing over them. [The dressing has a lot more in it than just O&V, like a dash of Apple jack, ranch dressing powder, and a few other things, even a bit of filtered water.] Eat them from the tupperware like candy or on a salad. Mmmm, guuud. Had them on my lunch salad in fact!

I eat em for the same reason. Red Potatoes too.

Nice and sweet and if I ice first....Ho boy! Luv em raw.

I’m gonna stop at the grocery store and buy some.
