What is it with Black politicians and ethics? (I,e., lack of them)
One quick look at their constituencies tells the story. Often they represent districts with neighborhoods full of people who don't care a whit about ethics, so long as the goodies keep coming in.
They work hard to get in that position and expect to be rewarded, which they justify by saying they are trying to “get over” as if they are working 3 jobs and raising a family.
The problem is that the lack of oversight by the media makes them sloppy.
