They were basically old muskets cut down exactly like the Mares Leg. There were lots of them around and they were exceptionally lethal.

All things considered where would you get a barrel for this weapon?

The reason I ask is i found a site that sells all the parts for an AR-15, you just have to complete a few finishing steps.
