My guess is Homeland Security's enemy is the same as the IRS's and Obama's and the DNC's... The thugs want a Chicago style take down of the only enemy they know - someone - anyone - who stands between them and power... and that's sure as hell ain't radical Muslims. It's conservative American citizens.
The reason there's little defense of IRS corruption is the thugs are attempting to set up a crime that can be blamed on 'right wingers'... They've told the story of how violent we are for years... and they've got to come up with something. It'll be a lie of course...
