It's not opinion... You refuse to pay your taxes, the IRS will attempt to confiscate what it claims you owe. If they can't do so, they will send armed agents to arrest you. If you resist, especially armed resistance, they will kill you.
The reason I mentioned Wesley Snipes was that he was recently released from prison for "tax evasion," or some such charges... He didn't resist the feds and spent about 3 years in federal prison.
