They already won a law suite in the SCOTUS that allowed them to exclude whomever they wanted. They simply wanted the money from the perverts in Corporate America.

One of the biggest, long-term advocates for inclusion of open homosexual scouts and adult leaders is the Jewish Committee on Scouting. The Reformed and Conservative branches of American Judaism both practice homosexual marriage.

I have several Jewish friends and they were extraordinary achievers in BSA and Eagle Scouts.
