McConnell praised the work of Sens. John McCain (R-Ariz.), Marco Rubio (R-Fla.), Charles Schumer (D-N.Y.) and other members of the Gang of Eight, who crafted the comprehensive legislation during months of private negotiations.

Believe me, the good people of Kentucky would like to be able to blame this one on Tennessee too.
Why not Mitch you pusillanimous putz?
I’m afraid the people behind the scenes who selected Obama and arranged for Obamacare to be forced into law are the very same ones giving orders to Mitch McConnell and John Boehner. Maybe John Roberts too. Adios America.
Kentucky....
I think you have found the secret plan.
I was pretty sure the Republic was over when McCain threw the first election because I knew in my heart that the won had no intention of ever leaving office. He may leave but he doesn’t plan on it.
Can’t think of enough bad thing s to say about Mitch or his fellow RepublicRATs in the Senate.
They have sold us out once again.
Where is that third party? I am sick to puking of being a Republican.
Mea Culpa.

Sen. Rand Paul and Mitch Mc Connell only meets with pro-illegal, pro-amnesty groups
Many Americans are ignored
LEXINGTON, KY May 28, 2013 Alliance for Immigration Justice (AIJ), a national organization, promotes reasonable legal immigration and opposes illegal immigration and mass amnesties. AIJ believes in the rule of law concept, with members being natural-born citizens, naturalized citizens, legal immigrants and American Latinos.
For over a month, AIJ has partnered with America for Lawful Immigration Solutions Today (ALIST), various state organizations and individuals to promote a roundtable discussion concerning immigration that would include private citizens, national Latino leaders and other conservative groups. Senators Rand Paul and Mitch McConnell have been invited to be part of this effort to voice opinions regarding the immigration issue and the current amnesty bill S744. Those invitations have been ignored.
On Friday, May 24, 2013, Senator Paul met with representatives of pro amnesty organizations. These groups included the Office of the Immigrant Solidarity and Information (OISI), Kentucky Coalition for Immigrant and Refugee Rights, Southeast Immigrant Rights Network, Progressive Immigration Compact of Kentucky, KY May Day Coalition, along with a representative of the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) of Louisville and the Roman Catholic Diocese of Lexington, and illegal aliens. Sen. Paul has also openly criticized conservatives and voiced his support of amnesty for millions present in the U.S. illegally, which is a violation of law.
However, Sen. Paul doesnt call it amnesty, legalization or normalization - he now calls it DOCUMENTATION. He also said his own bill, introduced in 2011, would stop birthright citizenship for children born to illegal aliens in U.S. territory, but that now it would not be needed if solid border security is achieved. How will that border security be achieved without tools to end citizenship to anchor babies and to encourage employment verification, issues that Sen. Paul now opposes? The Senator measures border security by feet of fence and walls; illegal immigration cant be stopped with fences, walls and drones if the attraction of multiple benefits from America is still there. Senator Paul should physically visit the U.S. southern Border States and see firsthand how many people jump the fences daily.
In 2010 Senator Paul said: I do not support amnesty in any form. Those who wish to come here should respect our laws we should also recognize that our system of welfare and benefits encourage this behavior I support the full enforcement of federal immigration laws
Sen. Paul supported amnesty and criticized conservatives. It is clear that the senator flip-flopped and is not willing to listen to concerns of American citizens and legal immigrants.

Yep, I saw a story last week about how McConnell is quietly pulling the strings behind the scenes. He was the one who asked Rubio to be the front guy for the amnesty bill.
“Wait till they see their first Congress elected by an Hispanic immigrant majority. Bernie Sanders may be the most Conservative guy holding down a seat in there.”
Great comment.
Roughly 30% of California’s Assembly is Hispanic. How is that working out for us?

Two reasons why I won’t contribute to the Republican Party.
What are Boehner and McConnell?
0marxist told us he was going to do it. The media hid the 10-sec clip until after the '08 election.
” Im afraid the people behind the scenes who selected Obama and arranged for Obamacare to be forced into law are the very same ones giving orders to Mitch McConnell and John Boehner.”
Sure looks like it.
