You saying Joe Lohta doesn’t have a chance at all?
What are the chances that the average New York has even heard of him? (I actually had ... once, I think.) The other guy in GOP race has all the money and the radio ads at the moment. Does Lohta have a shot at getting the nomination or have the party bosses decided all that behind closed doors. (I know that there's a primary -- Bloomberg had a primary once, too, against Herman Badillo, who would've been a better mayor.)
