My garage is heated and well-sealed, so I can wheel the small grill right out on to the driveway, at 10°F, in front of the Jeep, and cook. All the neighbors go nutz when I grill filets, bratwurst etc, as the smell drives 'em wild.

Have you ever done brats the Wisconsin way?

Simmer, not boil, in beer and water till fully cooked. Grill till golden brown but not so high a temp it can break the casings, very important, then return to beer and water, AKA broth, and let them soak up the broth for around 15 minutes. To die for.
