Looking at the article, it’s just the buildings and staff like janitors who would be privatized. The judges would not be affected.

India can do it cheaper. But if you want JUSTICE, that costs more.
Just formalizing what is already a reality. The courts are owned by the communists and the highest bidder already. Maybe they can have the private companies issue stock and have the kickbacks go to the investors.
