And, this is classic liberal horse-blank, in wanting courts to legislate from the bench.

It is not the job of courts to strike down laws and impose homosexual marriage, or any other particular policy for that matter. Their job is to rule as to whether laws are constitutional or unconstitutional, not decide whether a policy preferred by the liberals should come out of a court ruling in a certain manner.

well if a court decision is anything like Roe v. Wade was written (even many liberals believe it was badly written)then you can forget the looking to the SCOTUS for good solid instruction “on how” such and such a law is constitutional or not. Roe v. Wade language with all the BS about emanations and penumbras-—eeeeek!
