I’ll take Bocephus, Merle Haggard or Gretchen Wilson any day over any of those clods mentioned above.
I always liked Merle Haggard’s music too, but he wrote a song which was inspired by what President Barack Obama called “Hopes Are High,” and which he wrote two days before the inauguration.
Bocephus can’t hold a candle to his daddy. But I like his politics.
As a rock fan also, I am NOT a fan of Uncle Ted Nugent’s music... But back him politically and vote for him for NRA Board Member every time he was up for reelection.
